It also has an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and cup holders for the parent. Other important features include 360-degree shock absorbing front wheels as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
In our test of push and turn, it did better than many of the other strollers of a similar price we tested, but it's still not the most maneuverable on uneven ground or through narrow doors. 5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,
Baby Jogger is famous for their three-wheeled, all-terrain pushchairs for jogging, but they also have a wide assortment of strollers with four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most sought-after models. It is easy to fold and fits into the boot of a car even with the carrycot attached.
It's heavier than other strollers we've tested, but because it comes with rubber composite wheels it feels solid and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains, and even with two kids as well as a shopping bag and other items.
The carrycot and the seat both have hoods that can be pulled down to reveal sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are durable and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams, which can be blown back onto toddlers faces.
It's not a lot of storage space, but it does have an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. This budget pushchair is easy to use and comes with a fantastic dual suspension. It folds with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and robust. The seat can be reclined in many positions and comes with a built-in double breathable mattress that's suitable for babies from birth.
The canopy/seat comes with two large sun visors that are either fixed or flipped out. Both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't perfect - it's not as silent as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies.
The Duet is a angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with some carrycots. In twin mode the seats can be facing each other or can turn around and face their parents, potentially cutting down on sibling disputes over who sits with mom and dad. It comes with a massive gear tray, bottle holder snack tray, and a change mat. It also comes with an automatic frame lock and a superior compact fold.
8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.
The Thule Urban glide 2 is the perfect jogger for parents that like to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers that you can purchase for your child. It also comes with excellent safety features, including a 5-point safety harness and wrist safety strap. It also comes with an innovative twist hand brake that's different than the lever type that is found on other models.
The seat is very comfortable and offers a large area to sit. However, the seat depth is less than that of other joggers (it's only about 10") The storage bin has an enclosed zipper to help keep items safe. It can hold up to 10 lbs, which is enough for the majority of diaper bags.
The Urban Glide 2 isn't compatible with bassinets for infants or car seats as it comes, but you can use it from day one by purchasing adapters for the majority of seats made by brands like BOB, Graco, Combi, Evenflo, Britax, and UPPAbaby.
